MOESIA. Istros. Circa 313-280 BC. Drachm (Silver, 18 mm, 4.96 g, 12 h). Two facing male heads side by side, one upright and the other inverted. Rev. IΣTPIH Sea eagle standing left on dolphin; below dolphin, monogram of AΠ. AMNG I 417. Dima Group IV, Subgroup IV, 4. HGC 3.2, 1802. Well struck and lightly toned. Minor surface cracks, otherwise, extremely fine.

From the collection of Dr. D. Löer, formed since the 1970s, privately acquired from Frank S. Robinson and previously privately acquired from Classical Numismatic Group (with original dealer's ticket).
